5. Content Ownership

Content generated through Writoma belongs to you. However:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content
  • You retain all rights to your published content
  • We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
  • You grant us license to process content for service delivery

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

7. Limitation of Liability

Writoma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
